Pro: see what each discount campaign carried — orders, items, sales and the amount discounted.

Updated August 26, 2026

For each discount campaign: how many orders carried it, how many items, how much was sold at the discounted price, and how much came off.

Where the numbers come from

When an order is placed, StoreMaster records on each line which campaign priced it, what that campaign was called at the time, and what it took off.

The report reads those recordings. It does not re-run today’s rules over old orders, because that would answer a different question — what your current campaigns would do to last month’s orders — and present it as history.

It also means renaming or deleting a campaign does not rewrite what your reports said about it.

What it will not tell you

It will not tell you that a campaign made you money.

Every figure here is a count of what happened while a campaign was live. Whether those customers would have bought anyway, bought less, or not bought at all is a question about something that did not happen, and nothing in an order table contains the answer. Reports that claim otherwise are guessing and not saying so.

The caveat travels in the report itself, not just on the screen, so anything that consumes the data inherits it.

Scope

Cancelled, failed and refunded orders are excluded: a campaign did not sell something the store gave back.

Filter by date range. A date StoreMaster cannot read is dropped rather than guessed at, so a mistyped range shows you everything rather than quietly showing you the wrong month.
