Advanced quantity rules Pro

This Pro module adds scopes to the free quantity module. The resolver, the intersection logic, the corrective messages and the explain output are the same free-core code — the module teaches it about scopes it did not previously understand.

The additional scopes

• Variation — different limits for different variations of one product.
• Role — different limits for a customer role, applied by explicit priority.
• Whole cart — a limit across the basket rather than per line.

Order-value rules

Minimum and maximum order value, and a minimum item count. These are evaluated after pricing and before payment, so a minimum-spend rule sees what the customer will actually be charged rather than the pre-discount subtotal.

The message tells the shopper how much more they need, not merely that they cannot check out.

What happens if you downgrade

Rules using these scopes stay in your database. The free edition does not understand them, so it ignores them rather than misapplying them at the wrong specificity — inactive, not reinterpreted. Reinstall Pro and they resume.
