Configuration export Free
Take a signed, secret-free copy of your StoreMaster configuration for review, staging or a rollback.

StoreMaster → Import / export → Create export produces a JSON document containing your rules, your per-domain settings and your module state.
What is in it
- every rule: pricing, quantity, lead time and notification;
- the settings for each capability domain;
- which modules are enabled;
- stable locators — a product’s SKU, a category’s slug — beside the numeric ids, so the same configuration can be recognised on a site where those numbers differ;
- a signature proving the file came from this site and has not been edited since.
What is deliberately not in it
No licence key. No password. No customer, and no customer id — a rule that targets a specific customer exports the rule but not a handle for the person, because an export is a file that gets emailed around.
Reading an export you were sent
The import preview validates a file and shows you exactly what it contains: which modules it would enable, how many rules it carries, which of its product and category references resolve on this site, and whether it was signed here.
The preview is free and changes nothing. Applying an imported configuration is a Pro capability.
Why the signature matters, and what it is not
The signature tells you a file is unmodified since it left the site that made it. It is not an access control: importing still requires the capability to import, and a signed file from someone else is still someone else’s configuration.
