Extra order emails Free

Copy a second address on the order emails you choose, recorded on the order so a later account change does not rewrite history.

Updated August 26, 2026

Some customers need their order emails copied to somebody else — an accounts inbox, a colleague, a site manager. This module adds one extra address per customer to the WooCommerce customer emails you choose.

Choosing which emails

StoreMaster → Order emails. Tick the WooCommerce customer emails that should carry the extra recipient: processing, completed, on hold, invoice, refunded.

This never changes whether an email sends. WooCommerce decides that, exactly as before; StoreMaster only adds addresses to an email that is already going out.

Where the address comes from

  • The customer can enter one at checkout.
  • A signed-in customer can save one in Account details.
  • You can set one for a customer on their user profile in wp-admin.

The order keeps its own copy

When an order is placed, the addresses in force at that moment are recorded on the order. If the customer later removes the address, the emails for that earlier order still go where they were meant to — and, just as importantly, a resent invoice goes to the same people the original did.

The order screen shows the recorded list, so you can always see who was copied.

Address handling

An address that does not validate is dropped, not repaired. An address containing a line break is refused outright: that is an attempt to inject a mail header, not a typo, and quietly "fixing" it would hide the attempt.

Duplicate addresses are collapsed case-insensitively, so nobody receives the same email twice.

Still stuck? Email [email protected].
