Blueprints Free

StoreMaster is a lot of separate capabilities, and a new store rarely wants all of them. A blueprint turns on the set that one kind of store needs, in one go.

Blueprints are recipes, not products. Everything a blueprint switches on you could switch on yourself from the control centre, and removing every blueprint would take no capability away from anybody.

What ships

• Wholesale & B2B — trade prices, protected catalogues, order forms, quotes and purchase orders.
• Fast catalogue — indexed search, filters, quick view, product tables, the variation matrix and the cart drawer.
• Personalised products — configurable options with price formulas, product tabs and lead times.
• Private catalogue — a hidden store or hidden categories, with a login or password to get in.
• Order operations — checkout fields, extra recipients, routing, invoices and packing slips.

Nothing happens until you have seen it

Choosing a blueprint shows you a list before it does anything: which modules it would turn on, which you already have on, which settings it would change and what they are now, and — on the free edition — which parts of it are not in your build at all.

That last one matters. If you pick "Wholesale & B2B" on the free edition, you are told plainly which pieces are Pro rather than left wondering why half of it did nothing.

Applying twice is safe

A blueprint only changes what is not already how it wants it. Apply the same one a second time and nothing happens — it will tell you there were no changes to make.

Undo reverts what the blueprint did, and only that

Every apply records what it changed and what the value was before. Undo puts those back.

The important part is what undo will not do. If you turned a module off yourself after applying a blueprint, undo leaves it off. If you changed a setting the blueprint had written, undo leaves your value alone and tells you it kept it. An undo is not permission to revert a decision the blueprint never made.
